FAQ


  • Once you have placed your order, you can check out by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. You will use the secure checkout process to indicate whether you would like your order to be shipped or (if local) pick-up option. When you receive the order confirmation, click the Need Help Let’s Chat icon on the bottom right of the screen. Within the chat, you can use the paperclip icon to upload your photo in the chat. Please be sure to include your name that was on the order so I can match up the photo to the order.

  • Absolutely! I will always send an email to get your approval before the painting is sealed.

  • At this time, I have a quick turnaround time which is usually 2-3 days for stretched canvas. For the ceramic tiles, the time it takes for the resin to dry would add an additional 1-2 days ( 3-5 days total). Custom ornaments take 1-2 days.

  • Yes! I will usually ship by USPS with priority shipping. I find the less time that your package is in shipping, the better odds that it will show up undamaged.

  • Once your painting has dried, it will be enclosed in an acid-free crystal transparent film. It is then wrapped in kraft paper and then will be wrapped in bubble wrap. When placed in box, there will be a barrier or kraft paper to fill any space.

  • Original art pieces are ready to go and will be sent out usually the next business day.

  • Returns: Due to the nature of custom orders, no returns will be accepted. If there should be any issues that arise with your order, please contact the seller and they will do their best to make things right.

    Cancellations: If buyer decides to cancel an order there will be a $50 fee that will be deducted from payment to recover seller’s costs for cancellations.

    If seller cancels an order due to not being able to fulfill the custom order based on lack or quality of picture or lack of communication, a fee will not be imposed and buyer will get a full refund. Item description
